What are the banners made from?

Our banners are made from fabric with a soft, lightweight feel. The design is printed directly onto the fabric, so any patchwork, lettering or decorative details you see are part of the print rather than sewn on.

What sizes are available?

Our standard birthday banner sizes are:

• Small - 70×100 cm: A sweet, simple option for smaller setups, cake tables or more intimate celebrations.

• Medium - 100×140 cm: A great all-rounder for party backdrops, dessert tables and indoor celebrations.

• Large - 140×200 cm: Our signature statement size - perfect for outdoor parties, larger setups and creating a beautiful backdrop for photos.

Can I change the colours or design?

Our personalised banners are based on our existing designs. 

If you’re after a completely different theme or a more customised design, please get in touch before ordering as additional design fees may apply.

How long does a personalised banner take?

Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks before dispatch for personalised banners.

If you have a particular celebration date, we recommend ordering as early as possible and including the date when you contact us.

How do I hang the banner?

Each banner comes with four corner eyelets and strings, making it easy to hang from a backdrop stand, wall, fence or party setup.

Can I reuse it?

Absolutely. Our fabric banners are designed to be packed away and reused for future birthdays or celebrations.

How do I remove creases?

Your banner will arrive folded, so some creasing is completely normal.

You can gently steam the fabric to remove folds and creases. Always use a low, gentle setting and avoid applying excessive heat directly to the printed surface.

Do you offer pickup or postage?

Yes. Pickup is available from the Hills District, Sydney, or we can post Australia-wide.

What if I need my banner urgently?

Send us a message with your event date before ordering. We’ll let you know whether we can accommodate the timeframe based on our current order schedule.

Are colours exactly the same as they appear online?

We try our best to photograph and display colours accurately, however colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, lighting and the fabric printing process.
